Do you need an airtightness test result from an experienced, accredited tester? 

Head to the Air Tightness Testing and Measurement Association for a current listing of professionals in New Zealand.

If you just need a qualitative test (not a number but a quality check), there are other testers who are not yet a part of the ATTMA scheme. 

Note that many codes and standards will require qualification of testers through accreditation.
